Contact
One address reaches us, and a person reads it: team@cardnest.co. There is no ticket queue and no phone line. CardNest is a small project, so you are writing to the people who build it.
Write to us about
- Support. Something is broken, something is confusing, or a card or set looks wrong in the catalog.
- Billing, cancellation and refunds. See the Refunds and Cancellation policy for what to expect before you write.
- Your data. Access, correction, export or deletion requests, covered in the Privacy Policy.
- Reporting a binder. Content that should not be public, or that infringes someone's rights.
- Anything else. Including the boring commercial questions. We would rather answer them than not.
How quickly we reply
Usually a day or two. If something is going to take longer than that we will say so rather than go quiet on you. Anything involving money, or an account you cannot get into, gets picked up first.
Feature requests
Ideas and feature requests are better on the public feedback board than in email. Other people can vote on them there, which is how we decide what to build next, and you can see what is already planned instead of waiting for a reply.
A card missing from the catalog has its own route: the contribute a card form gets it to us with the details already attached.
