Yes. Upgrading starts Pro as soon as your payment goes through, and you are charged $3 for your first month there and then. Downgrading does not cut you off: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and move to Free the day after it ends.

Yes. Pro is $3 a month or $30 a year, which is about 17% less. You pick which at checkout, and it is the same Pro either way. Yearly means one payment and one renewal date instead of twelve. Changing an existing subscription from one to the other is not something you can do yourself yet, so email us and we will sort it out.

Nothing is ever deleted. Free keeps 3 binders active and you choose which 3, at the point you cancel and any time before the period ends. The rest stay exactly as you left them but go private and read-only until you subscribe again, which restores them and their sharing links untouched. The same applies inside a binder: Free covers 30 pages, so in a longer binder the pages past 30 become read-only while the earlier ones stay editable.

You keep every Pro feature until the end of the period you have paid for, with no immediate change. After that your account moves to the Free plan and its limits apply. Your data stays where it is, and resubscribing at any point brings everything back exactly as it was.

The sale is made by Link, which acts as merchant of record, so your statement will show LINK.COM* rather than CardNest — worth knowing before you wonder what the charge is. Your card details are entered on their payment page and are never sent to or stored on CardNest's servers. Pro is $3 per month or $30 per year, and there are 20 binders and 50 pages per binder in it.
